What's the difference between a plumber and a rooter/sewer specialist?

What is CIPP pipe lining and when does it make sense?
CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) lining installs a new resin-impregnated liner inside your existing sewer pipe, then cures it to form a smooth, jointless pipe-within-a-pipe. Ideal when the existing pipe is structurally sound but has cracks, root intrusion, or minor separations — and when excavation would disrupt driveways, landscaping, or hardscape.
How often should commercial sewer lines be hydrojetted?
Most restaurants benefit from quarterly grease-line hydrojetting. Apartment complexes and multi-family buildings typically schedule annual preventive hydrojetting on main laterals. BBC Rooter offers scheduled maintenance programs for commercial accounts.
What causes repeated sewer backups in older Northridge homes?
